We understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring we can manage our resources effectively. Please review the following cancellation terms carefully.

Important Terms & Conditions
- Installments must be paid on or before the due dates.
- A 10% late payment charge will apply if payment is received within 30 days after the due date.
- If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, the booking may be cancelled automatically, and the applicable cancellation policy shall apply.
- In the event of government restrictions, natural calamities, or other force majeure events affecting the Kumbh Mela, revised operational policies will be communicated by the management.
- Divya Prayag Kumbh Camp reserves the right to modify operational policies in accordance with directives issued by the concerned authorities.
- All refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
